What is 7 day car insurance?
Your Subtitle Goes Here
7 day car insurance allows a driver to be insured on a car (either one they own or have been given permission to drive by the owner) for 7 days. Perfect if you want to borrow a friend’s or family member’s car for a week’s trip.
The insurance is comprehensive which means that your insurance policy includes third party cover (injury and damage that your car may cause to other people and/or their property, up to £20m) and that your car is insured for theft, fire or damage regardless of fault.

During the Briefly online quote process you will be asked if you want to start your insurance policy immediately or to set a date and time in the future. If you select a 7 day duration and a start time of 3:05pm on a Sunday then your policy will end at 3:05pm the following Sunday.
We offer policy durations of between 1 hour and 28 days – so you can get insurance for the period of time you need cover for.

You can’t set your weekly policy to auto-renew at the end of the period.
You can purchase a new policy to start at the point your current policy expires.
Please note that it is likely to be more expensive to purchase weekly insurance for a year than purchase an annual policy.
